CrossFit is a fitness program for anyone and everyone.  Every day you will participate in a different workout.  CrossFit uses movements from all different disciplines of fitness such as powerlifting, Olympic lifting, gymnastics and cardio.  CrossFit workouts are performed at levels of high intensity, but the intensity is relative to each individual.  CrossFit workouts can be scaled to accommodate any level of athlete.
