Growing up, I was always an active kid, playing mainly basketball and football through high school. I also had the opportunity to play collegiate basketball which is where I was first really exposed to strength and conditioning. After basketball I needed a competitive outlet. Like many, that led to Crossfit which led me to weightlifting. I fell in love with weightlifting immediately and quickly went all in with the sport. Being involved in athletics my entire life, I've always loved the idea of finding one's potential. This naturally led to a love of coaching, whether it was leading basketball camps in the summers in college, personal training, or coaching barbell club here at Climate. My favorite part about coaching is helping someone find the strength to things they did not think they are capable of doing. I'm passionate about helping people of all ages, and athletic backgrounds reach their potential and be the best version of themselves.
