Coach Mark has always been a physically active individual. After playing college soccer and majoring in Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska, Mark turned his passion into a career, when he started personal training and coaching soccer. Always wanting to learn more, Mark applied his talents and passion to the bigger picture of CrossFit, when he was introduced by a college friend, who knew
Mark needed the community and competitiveness back in his life. With over 10 years of personal training experience, 8 years of coaching soccer and athletes, 7 years of CrossFit experience and 6 of those coaching CrossFit, he brings a lot to the table. While Mark mainly just competes in CrossFit competitions himself anymore, he still is always learning to best help his athletes, personal training clients and anyone else that wants to improve their health in a positive direction.
