I grew up as an athlete playing high school basketball and baseball in Syracuse, NY and then played baseball at Colorado State University. A huge passion of mine has always been being part of team and having that camaraderie of people around you to push you to be better and to go through struggles together, gaining experience and strength along the way. During my time at CSU my passion for health and fitness grew tremendously and I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science in 2011. I worked at 24 Hour Fitness for a couple of years in Colorado as a personal trainer and assistant fitness manager. Then moving to Omaha brought an opportunity to run my own personal training business out of studio gym in town, which was a phenomenal experience. However, my passion always came back to CrossFit. It had been something I had found in Denver and continued to pursue here in Omaha. The combination of challenge, competition and community has continued to push me further than I thought possible. Getting involved at Climate has been so rewarding for both my wife Andrea and I and we are both excited to be a part of such a great community where we have already met so many great people who have impacted our lives. Andrea has her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner. Between the two of us our passion for health, fitness and wellness has only continued to grow. I am thankful for the opportunity to be a part of an outstanding team here and look forward to helping others reach and attain new goals!
